Due to the nature of these items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Refunds are only admitted if item(s) arrived broken.

Please allow 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) for order processing and packing. I try my best to ensure pieces are shipped out in a timely manner.  You will receive an email with tracking information once the item(s) is shipped.

If you buy 2+ items, they will be shipped together.

Each piece of art is carefully and securely wrapped and packed with a variety of the finest packing materials to help ensure a safe delivery.

However, we all know how rough shipping companies can be with their parcels. If you receive a piece that is damaged in any way, please contact me ASAP via email and attach pictures of the broken or damaged piece(s) as well as any damage that was done to the box/ packing materials (this will be used for proof of the damage that I will need to supply to the carrier if a damage claim is made).

Depending on the damage, I will either issue you a full refund or will provide you a shipping label to send the damaged piece back to me so I can fix it (if it is able to be repaired) and will resend it back to you once it is fixed. Please keep in mind that depending on the break or fix, I may need to order glass/specialty materials or use different glass in its place which can cause an increase in repair time. 

When the shop is on "Vacation Mode" pieces will not be sent out until I get back home, thank you for understanding.

Thsese pieces have painted details with specialty glass paint. The painted glass pieces were baked in the oven to permanently set the paint to the glass. This paint will not come off, however, please still do not use any chemical cleaner on the paint and the paint can still chip off if scratched off.  

Glass: Brown: non-translucent/semi-transluscent brown mottled (coat), non non-translucent white (mask), non-translucent gray (scarf), semi-translucent amber (middle part of hat), non-translucent/semi transluscent dark brown (hat) 

Blue & Yellow: non-translucent blue and yellow wispy (jacket), translucent gray (scarf), non-translucent white (mask), non-translucent black (inner brim of hat, non-translucent gray wispy (hat, translucent yellow Artique (middle of hat)

Materials: stained glass, copper foil, flux, 60/40 tin and lead solder, patina, finishing wax
